Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and has a mutation in the KRAS or NRAS gene.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after at least two types of chemotherapy combined with antiangiogenic drugs.
  • You have already tried and become resistant to oxaliplatin- and irinotecan-based treatments.
  • You are in good enough health to carry out daily activities (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You have no serious heart or blood vessel problems, and your blood counts and organ function are within acceptable limits.
