Who can take part

  • Your breast cancer must be ER-positive and HER2-negative, and has spread or is locally advanced.
  • Your disease must have gotten worse while or after taking a CDK 4/6 inhibitor (a type of targeted therapy).
  • You must be able to take a medication called an LHRH agonist (unless you are already in menopause).
  • You must have good organ function, including kidneys (a creatinine clearance of 60 mL/min or higher).
  • You must not have had more than 4 prior treatments for advanced disease.
  • You must not have untreated brain metastases or serious heart rhythm problems.
