Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive (ER+) and HER2-negative.
- Your cancer has gotten worse while on or after treatment with a CDK4/6 inhibitor and hormone therapy.
- You have not had more than one type of therapy for advanced or metastatic disease.
- You have not had chemotherapy for metastatic breast cancer.
- You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
