Test drug RGT-419B for advanced ER+ HER2- breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be age 18 or older.
  • You must have ER-positive and HER2-negative breast cancer that cannot be removed by surgery (stage III) or has spread (stage IV).
  • Your cancer must have at least one measurable spot that can be tracked on scans.
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse after hormone (endocrine) therapy plus a CDK4/6 inhibitor, given for long enough (about 3 months in metastatic cancer, or about 6 months in earlier adjuvant use).
  • You should have had no more than 1 prior chemotherapy treatment in the metastatic setting, and no more than 3 total hormone-therapy lines.
  • Your general health should be good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–1) and your organs (liver, kidneys, blood counts, etc.) must be able to handle treatment.
