Who can take part
- You are having a severe myasthenia gravis flare-up with swallowing, breathing, or neck weakness that needs hospital care.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You test positive for AChR antibodies (a marker of myasthenia gravis).
- You have not used a C5 inhibitor (like eculizumab) in the last 3 months, or it did not work for you.
- You have not had rituximab in the last 9 months or started plasma exchange or IVIG in the last 4 weeks.
- You are willing to get a meningococcal vaccine or take antibiotics to prevent infection.
