  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You exercise at least 3 hours a week.
  • You have not smoked or used tobacco in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have any heart, lung, or metabolic condition.
  • You are willing to avoid foods like beets, spinach, or arugula for 2 days before each test session.
