- You are a family member caring for someone with Alzheimer's or related dementia.
- The person you care for is at least 65 years old and needs help with daily tasks.
- You help them at least 4 hours a day and see them in person at least twice a week.
- You live in one of 17 specific states (listed below).
- You have internet access and can attend three group video sessions using Zoom.
- You are not planning to move your loved one into a nursing home in the next 8 months.
