Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have been diagnosed with liver cancer that has not spread to other organs.
- You have not previously received treatment with immunotherapy (like Keytruda or Opdivo) or the targeted drug lenvatinib (Lenvima).
- Your liver cancer is considered potentially removable by surgery, but surgery is not the first choice right now because of the number of tumors or a blood clot in the liver vein.
- You are generally healthy enough to do normal daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1), and your liver and kidney function are within acceptable limits.
- You do not have an active autoimmune disease or a condition that requires strong immune-suppressing medications.
