- You are between 40 and 80 years old.
- You have mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis (confirmed by X-ray).
- Your knee pain is the main source of pain in your body.
- You have had knee pain for at least 6 months.
- You have tried pain relievers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen and they didn't work well enough or caused side effects.
- You are willing to use only acetaminophen (Tylenol) for knee pain during the study.
- You can walk without help (can walk at least 50 feet).
- Your BMI is less than 40 (not severely obese).
- You haven't had any knee surgery or injections (like cortisone, gel, or PRP) in the past 3 to 6 months.
