Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with developmental stuttering (a type of stuttering that started in childhood) by a speech therapist.
  • Your stuttering is at least mild-to-moderate in severity (a score of 20 or higher on a standard test).
  • English is your primary language.
  • You are right-handed.
  • You do not have any metal implants in your head (excluding dental work), a history of seizures, or other health issues that make brain stimulation unsafe.
