Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have chronic migraines (at least 15 headache days per month for over 3 months) that started before age 50 and affect both sides of your head.
- You have tried at least 2 different types of migraine prevention medications and they didn't work, or you couldn't take them.
- Your migraines have lasted for at least 12 months, and you've had them for at least 6 months after failing those 2 medication classes.
- You have not used opioid or barbiturate medications for migraines in the past year, and your MRI (done within 3 years) shows no other cause for your headaches.
- You can read and write in English and are able to sign your own consent form.
