Who can take part

  • You must have a type of brain tumor called a glioma that is IDH-wildtype (not IDH-mutated) and shows PSMA on a lab test of your tumor sample.
  • You need to have finished standard treatments like surgery (if possible) and radiation therapy for your glioma.
  • If you take dexamethasone (a steroid), your dose must be 4 mg or less per day for at least 5 days before starting the study drug.
  • Your kidney, liver, and blood counts must be within certain limits (checked by blood tests).
  • You cannot have received bevacizumab (Avastin) as part of your initial glioma treatment, or have certain other medical conditions like active infections or severe liver disease.
  • You must be 18 or older, have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks, and be willing to use reliable birth control if needed.
