Who can take part

  • You have prostate cancer that was confirmed by biopsy.
  • A PSMA PET scan within the last 4 months shows the main tumor has high PSMA activity (SUVmax of 10 or more).
  • The cancer has either spread to nearby lymph nodes or has certain high-risk features (large tumor, Gleason grade group 4 or more, or PSA 40 or higher).
  • You have not had any prior treatment for your prostate cancer (like surgery, radiation, or hormone therapy).
  • You are generally healthy enough for treatment (good kidney, blood, and liver function) and do not have other serious health conditions.
