Who can take part

  • You must be willing to follow diet advice from your doctor.
  • Your fasting triglycerides, LDL cholesterol, and other fat levels must be above certain limits.
  • If you could have a baby, you must use effective birth control plus a condom, and not donate sperm or eggs during the study and for 90 days after.
  • You cannot have used certain RNA-based drugs or PCSK9 inhibitors recently.
  • You must not have uncontrolled high blood pressure, a bleeding disorder, or nephrotic syndrome.
