Study of DR10624 for Very High Blood Fats

Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and your body mass index is between 19 and 45.
  • Your fasting triglyceride (fat) levels are very high but below a certain danger level, between 5.65 and 22.60 mmol/L.
  • You are not currently taking medicines for weight loss or diabetes that are similar to the study drug (GLP-1, GCGR, or FGF21 agonists).
  • You have not had pancreatitis or a rare genetic disorder causing extreme lipid problems.
  • You agree to use effective birth control if you are of childbearing age, or to not donate sperm for 3 months after the last dose if male.
  • You are willing to keep a stable lifestyle and follow study rules for several months.
