Who can take part
- You must be on dialysis for at least 6 months and have a working access (fistula, graft, or catheter).
- You must be between 50 and 70 years old, or 40 to 49 with very high antibody levels (cPRA ≥99.9%).
- You must live within 3 hours of the transplant center.
- You need to be up to date on certain vaccines and have had past infections with CMV and Epstein-Barr virus (common viruses).
- You cannot have other serious medical issues like advanced heart or lung disease, active cancer, or uncontrolled diabetes.
- You must be willing and able to follow all study requirements and not have a history of medical noncompliance.
