Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You had an ultrasound at the University of North Carolina.
  • You are scheduled for a biopsy.
  • The ultrasound showed a suspicious area (lesion).
  • You are not allergic to sulfur hexafluoride or any ingredient in the contrast agent Definity.
  • You do not have serious heart disease, such as severe heart failure, unstable angina, serious arrhythmia, recent heart attack, or pulmonary hypertension.
