  • You are a current UCLA undergraduate student, either full-time or part-time.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 25 or higher (or 23 or higher if you identify as Asian).
  • You have been told you have prediabetes, or you scored as high-risk on a CDC diabetes risk questionnaire.
