Who can take part

  • Be age 18–60 and able to sign consent
  • BMI must be 20–30 (not under 20 or over 30)
  • If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or use tobacco, you can’t join
  • You must collect two 24-hour urine samples correctly within the required limits
  • Have normal routine blood and urine tests (including inflammation marker) before starting
  • Follow the study food plan only, and pause supplements for 2 weeks before and during
