Who can take part
- Be age 18–60 and able to sign consent
- BMI must be 20–30 (not under 20 or over 30)
- If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or use tobacco, you can’t join
- You must collect two 24-hour urine samples correctly within the required limits
