Who can take part
- You have relapsing-remitting or secondary progressive MS (diagnosed by 2017 McDonald criteria).
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You haven't had a relapse in the past 3 months.
- Your MS medication has been stable for at least 2 months.
- You speak Dutch, English, or German (depending on the center).
- You do not have very high levels of conscientiousness (a personality trait that might affect the coaching).
