  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have started a GLP-1 medication (like liraglutide, semaglutide, tirzepatide, or retatrutide) within the past 2 months, or plan to start soon
  • Your BMI is 25 or higher
  • You are able to take part in a regular exercise program
  • You are not pregnant and do not plan to become pregnant in the next 6 months
