Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- Your BMI is 27 or higher
- You have not been doing more than 1 hour of vigorous aerobic activity or any strength training per week in the last 6 months
- You do not have any serious health conditions that make exercise unsafe for you, such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, certain heart or pancreas problems, or advanced eye disease from diabetes
- You have not used prescription weight loss drugs in the past 3 months
