Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Had a spinal cord injury for more than a year
- Your injury is motor complete (AIS A or B), meaning you have little to no movement or feeling below the injury site
- Your injury is at chest level (T2) or lower (paraplegia)
- You are not a current smoker and have not smoked in the past year
- You are not taking heart or cholesterol medications like statins or beta-blockers
