Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have not been doing regular aerobic exercise (like brisk walking or jogging) for at least 30 minutes, three or more days a week, in the past 3 months
  • Your weight and diet have been stable for the past 3 months
  • You do not smoke or use tobacco or e-cigarettes
  • You do not have certain medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, liver, kidney, or lung disease
