Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 22 or older.
  • Your breast cancer is hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative, meaning it grows in response to hormones and lacks a specific protein.
  • Your cancer is advanced or has spread, and you have already tried at least one hormone therapy with a CDK4/6 inhibitor and one chemotherapy or antibody-drug conjugate.
  • You are expected to live at least 3 more months and are able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective contraception if you could become pregnant.
  • You do not have active mouth sores, ulcers, or other mouth conditions that could interfere with using the device.
  • You are not taking calcium channel blockers (like amlodipine or nifedipine) or vitamin C supplements, or you are willing to stop them at least one day before treatment.
  • You are not allergic to nickel.
