Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 75 years old.
- Have a type of advanced solid tumor (including lung cancer) that has stopped responding to standard treatments, or for which no standard treatment exists.
- Be able to take care of yourself and be up and about more than half of the day (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Not have small cell lung cancer (SCLC), brain metastases, or active other cancers from the past 5 years.
