Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer that is microsatellite stable (MSS) or pMMR.
  • You have had at least two prior treatments for advanced disease, or you could not tolerate second-line chemotherapy.
  • Your tumor tests positive for at least one immune marker (like high PD-L1, high TMB, certain gene changes, or tertiary lymphoid structures).
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have good organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, blood counts) and are able to take oral medication.
  • You have not previously received immunotherapy or fruquintinib.
