Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer that is microsatellite stable (MSS) or pMMR.
- You have had at least two prior treatments for advanced disease, or you could not tolerate second-line chemotherapy.
- Your tumor tests positive for at least one immune marker (like high PD-L1, high TMB, certain gene changes, or tertiary lymphoid structures).
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have good organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, blood counts) and are able to take oral medication.
- You have not previously received immunotherapy or fruquintinib.
