This study tests a special dehydrated human placenta tissue dressing for leg ulcers that won't heal. You will get either standard wound care plus this dressing, or standard care alone; later you may have the chance to receive the dressing.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- Your leg ulcer has been there for at least 4 weeks and is between 1 and 25 square centimeters after cleaning.
- The blood flow to your leg is good (checked by a simple test of your blood pressure or oxygen levels).
- You are not taking antibiotics or immune-suppressing medicines like high-dose steroids or chemotherapy.
- The ulcer is not infected, does not have bone infection, and does not show tendon or bone.
- You are willing to come to the clinic every week for the study.
