  • You are between 20 and 70 years old.
  • You have advanced (stage III or IV) non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR gene mutation.
  • You have tried and failed one first-line EGFR inhibitor medicine (like gefitinib, erlotinib, afatinib, or osimertinib).
  • Your liver, kidneys, and bone marrow are working well enough.
