Study of GEN-725 plus Dositinib for advanced EGFR-positive lung cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 75 years old.
  • You must have advanced non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be treated with surgery or radiation.
  • Your cancer must have a positive EGFR mutation (a specific genetic change).
  • You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured or seen on scans.
  • You must be healthy enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 12 more weeks.
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function must be within certain limits.
