This study tests a freezing treatment (cryoablation) for lung nodules that look like ground glass and are confirmed to be cancer. It's for people who cannot or choose not to have surgery or radiation.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have a lung nodule that is confirmed to be cancer.
- The nodule(s) must be between 6 and 30 mm (about 0.2 to 1.2 inches). If you have multiple nodules, no more than 3 need treatment.
- You are not able or choose not to have surgery or radiation therapy for your lung nodule.
- You are generally well enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You do not have serious bleeding problems or a very low platelet count.
- You are not currently in another clinical trial for cancer treatment.
