- You are a woman between 18 and 35 years old
- You are naturally very thin (BMI of 17.5 or less) or have a normal weight (BMI between 20 and 25)
- You do not exercise more than 3 times a week
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to get pregnant
- You are not on any special diet like vegan, keto, or intermittent fasting
- You do not smoke or drink alcohol regularly
