Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis (heel pain).
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your heel pain has lasted more than 3 months.
  • You have pain with your first steps in the morning or when you walk.
  • You have not had any recent treatments for this condition (like steroid injections, shock wave therapy, or physical therapy) in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have diabetes, bleeding problems, a pacemaker, or a history of foot surgery.
