Who can take part
- You are 18–90 years old
- You have peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage confirmed by testing)
- You have chronic heel pain lasting more than 3 months, worse with first steps after rest
- You do not have severe heart, lung, or uncontrolled diabetes
- You do not have a pacemaker or metal implants in your foot or ankle
- You did not receive a corticosteroid injection in your heel within the past 6 weeks
