Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with a type of nasopharyngeal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic), and you have not had any prior treatment for it.
  • You are in good physical condition, able to do your daily activities without help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • After 4-6 cycles of chemotherapy plus a PD-1 inhibitor (immunotherapy), your cancer has either disappeared or shrunk significantly (complete or partial response).
  • You have no active or uncontrolled health problems like autoimmune disease, heart disease, lung disease, hepatitis B or C, or HIV, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
