- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have been newly diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer that has spread to other parts of your body.
- You have already received one line of chemotherapy plus an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 inhibitor), and your tumors either disappeared or shrunk significantly.
- You are in good overall health (able to do daily activities with little to no help).
- You do not have other active cancers, serious heart problems, autoimmune diseases, or active infections like tuberculosis or hepatitis.
