This trial tests a new way to give radiation therapy after immunotherapy and chemotherapy for people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC) that has partially shrunk. It aims to see if a different radiation schedule works better and has fewer side effects.

Who can take part
- You have a type of NPC called non-keratinizing (either differentiated or undifferentiated type).
- Your cancer is stage III or IVA (according to the AJCC 8th edition).
- After 3 rounds of chemotherapy plus immunotherapy, your tumor has partially shrunk (confirmed by MRI, PET-CT, and biopsy).
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- Your overall health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within certain limits.

This trial tests whether a lower dose of radiation, with or without additional chemo-immunotherapy, works as well as the standard full-dose chemoradiation for people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer who had a complete response after initial chemo-immunotherapy.
This trial tests a combination of two types of radiation therapy (standard SBRT and low-dose radiation) along with chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 antibody) for people whose nasopharyngeal cancer has come back or spread. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer.

This trial tests whether a targeted radiation therapy, combined with the immunotherapy drug toripalimab before and after treatment, can reduce side effects while still effectively treating nasopharyngeal cancer. It is for patients with certain tumor sizes or stages who have not had prior neck radiation or immunotherapy.
This trial tests if adding an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 inhibitor) after standard induction chemotherapy helps keep advanced nasopharyngeal cancer from coming back. It is for people who have completed 3 cycles of GP chemotherapy combined with a PD-1 inhibitor and have not had their cancer progress.
