  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You are right-handed (or have a left hand tested as non-dominant)
  • You have no current or past injury to your arm, shoulder, or hand
  • You have no vision or hearing problems
  • You have no neurological disorders (like stroke or Parkinson's)
  • You have not practiced motor imagery (mental rehearsal of movement) before
