Study of MRG003 for advanced thyroid cancer that has progressed on current therapy
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.
This trial tests an investigational drug called MRG003 added to your current treatment for advanced thyroid cancer that has stopped responding. It may help people with specific types of thyroid cancer and certain tumor markers.

This trial tests two drugs together: MRG003 (a targeted therapy that delivers chemo directly to EGFR-positive cancer cells) and pucotenlimab (an immunotherapy that helps your immune system attack the cancer). It is for people with a rare and aggressive thyroid cancer (ATC or PDTC) whose tumors have the EGFR protein and have grown despite previous treatment.
This trial tests two oral medications, avutometinib and defactinib, for people with advanced thyroid cancer that has specific genetic changes. The goal is to see if these drugs can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
This trial tests a drug called MRG003 for people with certain advanced cancers that have a specific protein, EGFR. The drug targets the cancer cells that have this protein, which may help stop the cancer from growing.
This trial tests a new drug called MR001, which is designed to help your immune system fight cancer, in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. It may be an option if standard treatments have stopped working or caused too many side effects.
This study tests a new targeted drug (MRG003) combined with precise radiation (SBRT) for people with EGFR-positive solid tumors that have spread to a few new spots. The goal is to see if this combination works better than standard treatments to control the cancer.
This trial tests a new drug called becotatug vedotin (MRG003) for patients with advanced liver cancer that has progressed despite previous immunotherapy. The drug is designed to target cancer cells while potentially causing less harm to healthy tissue.
