Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with functional hypothalamic amenorrhea (FHA) and no other condition explains your missed periods.
- You have not had a period for at least 3 months before starting the study.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 25, or between 25 and 30 with less than 20% body fat from exercise.
- You do not have certain uterine or ovarian conditions (like endometriosis or polycystic ovaries) that affect periods.
- You do not have other causes of missed periods, such as thyroid problems, high prolactin, or PCOS.
