Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 65 years old.
- Have a diagnosis of psychosis (like schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder).
- Have experienced more than one traumatic event in your life (such as abuse, assault, or a serious accident).
- Be under the care of a local mental health team in Nottinghamshire and have a care plan (CPA).
- Be able to travel to an NHS clinic or get help to get there.
- Be able to speak and understand English well enough for therapy and questionnaires.
