  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been on dialysis for at least 3 months
  • You are not severely malnourished (as assessed by a doctor)
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study
  • You have no active cancer (except non-melanoma skin cancer) or recent cancer treatment
  • You do not follow a vegan diet or have religious dietary restrictions that prevent you from taking the supplement
