Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You must have a serious blood disease, such as a fast-growing blood cancer, severe infection, low blood counts, or organ failure.
  • You must be in critical condition and need close monitoring or life support.
  • You must not have a fracture, infection, or major surgery at the planned injection site.
  • You must not have had a bone marrow infusion at the same site in the last 24 hours.
