Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with a specific gene change called KRAS G12C.
- Your cancer has already been treated with at least one round of platinum-based chemotherapy and an immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor) but it has gotten worse.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You cannot have had another targeted therapy for the KRAS G12C mutation before.
- You cannot have had the chemotherapy drug docetaxel (Taxotere) for your lung cancer before.
