Who can take part

  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV) that can't be removed by surgery or cured with radiation and chemotherapy.
  • Your tumor has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C mutation, and no other treatable driver mutations.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (like CT or MRI).
  • You are physically active and able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your organs (like kidneys, liver, and bone marrow) are working well enough for the study.
