New drug combo vs standard therapy for KRAS G12C lung cancer

  • You have advanced (stage IIIB/IV) non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer
  • Your cancer has a specific KRAS G12C mutation confirmed by a central lab
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old
  • You have not had any prior treatment for advanced or metastatic lung cancer
  • You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG 0-1) and have adequate organ function
