Polymer heart valve study for mitral valve disease

Severe Mitral Valve Regurgitation, Severe Mitral Valve Stenosis

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This trial is testing a new polymer artificial heart valve for people with severe mitral valve problems. It aims to see if this valve is safe and works well during surgical replacement.

NCT05508438Not yet recruiting
Transcatheter mitral valve repair for severe leaking heart valve

This trial tests whether a catheter-based procedure can safely repair a leaking mitral heart valve in people who still have symptoms despite best medical treatment. If you qualify, it may improve symptoms and heart function without open-heart surgery.

NCT04195984Recruiting
Heart valve replacement through a catheter for leaky mitral valve

This trial studies a new way to replace a damaged mitral heart valve using a catheter (a thin tube), instead of open-heart surgery. It may help people who have severe leaking of the mitral valve but are considered too high-risk for surgery.

Study of a new polymer heart valve for mitral or aortic replacement

This study tests a new type of prosthetic heart valve made from a special polymer material. It is for adults who need surgical replacement of either the mitral or aortic valve.

NCT06518681Enrolling by invitation
Testing a new polymer heart valve for aortic disease

This trial tests a new type of artificial heart valve made of polymer (a special plastic-like material) for people with severe aortic valve disease. It aims to see if the valve is safe and works well, giving you an option for a replacement valve that might last longer.

Testing a new artificial heart valve for aortic valve disease

This trial tests a new polymer heart valve for people with severe aortic valve narrowing or leakage. It aims to see if the valve is safe and works well as a replacement.

NCT06414265Recruiting
Testing a new valve for severe mitral regurgitation

This trial tests a new device called the SATURN system, which places a new mitral valve without open-heart surgery. It is for people aged 65 and older with severe mitral regurgitation who are at high risk for surgery.
