Who can take part
- You must have moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa and be 18 or older, OR have plaque psoriasis and be between 6 and 18 years old, OR have juvenile idiopathic arthritis (certain types) and be between 6 and 18 years old.
- You must be currently taking or planning to take Cosentyx for your condition as part of routine care.
