Who can take part

  • You must have moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa and be 18 or older, OR have plaque psoriasis and be between 6 and 18 years old, OR have juvenile idiopathic arthritis (certain types) and be between 6 and 18 years old.
  • You must be currently taking or planning to take Cosentyx for your condition as part of routine care.
  • You must agree to participate and sign a consent form (or have a parent/guardian sign if you are a minor).
  • You cannot have any medical reason listed in the product's safety information that would make Cosentyx unsafe for you.
