Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old and weigh more than 30 kg (about 66 pounds).
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of combined hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma that is locally advanced, cannot be removed by surgery, or has spread to other parts of the body.
- You must have tumors that can be measured on scans (by RECIST 1.1 criteria).
- You must be willing to provide a biopsy sample if needed and to return for follow-up visits.
- You must have adequate organ function, as determined by blood tests, and a performance status of 0 or 1 (meaning you are able to carry on daily activities).
- You cannot have had certain previous treatments for advanced disease, like gemcitabine, cisplatin, or certain immunotherapies, unless for early-stage disease with specific conditions.
