Who can take part
- You are a man 18 years or older.
- You have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and is no longer responding to hormone therapy (castration-resistant).
- You have been on hormone therapy (like Lupron or similar) for at least 4 weeks and continue it during the trial.
- Your PSA level is 2 ng/mL or higher.
- You have already tried an ARPI (a type of hormone blocker like enzalutamide or abiraterone).
- You are willing and able to provide a tumor sample (either from a new biopsy or an archived sample).
